To offer potential home-buyers a stunning, move-in-ready flat that looks totally custom, while keeping the project strictly within the builder’s commercial budget. We took charge of the entire design balancing the theme, sourcing cost-effective yet premium-looking materials, and curating every design element to ensure maximum buyer appeal. It is a completely different challenge designing a space that needs to universally attract buyers while managing tight margins, but we absolutely nailed the aesthetic
